The practice and volunteer patient participation group (PPG) are proud to offer this education evening for our patients. Join us as we share information on how to recognize serious illness, manage common illnesses at home and improve your children's health.
We will also share how to best access healthcare services for you and your children, particularly with the various initiatives now available.
